Prosecutorial Misconduct - The Judge, Prosecutor & his Lawyer broke the law
Every human being has a right to a fair trial 
Delamar's attorney never filed a 330.30 motion to set aside the verdict because, they never received the statements until after the verdict. The Judge and DA were more concerned with a victory, than the truth. They   broke the law, to obtain a conviction.  As a result, according to the Brady law, his case has to be dismissed.
